Calls to police-Man seen with knife

Community Update – Ickenham

Date of Incidents: 04/11/2025
Locations: Austins Lane (Ickenham Marshes) & Ickenham Station/Long Lane

Yesterday, police responded to two separate calls in the Ickenham area:

At 10:50 AM, a report was received regarding a male seen slicing into trees along Austins Lane, within Ickenham Marshes. Officers attended and located a male who was stopped and searched. No weapons were found, and enquiries are ongoing to assess any environmental impact.

At 5:52 PM, a second call was made about a man possibly carrying a knife, seen walking from Ickenham Station towards Long Lane. Units attended swiftly, but no one matching the description was located. Based on the information provided, the descriptions from both incidents do not suggest this was the same individual.
